Amazing Spider-Man goes behind the scenes with Bruce Campell

Bruce has been a staple of the Spider-Man game franchise for a while now, it shouldn’t be any surprise to find out that he’s making a return with this new title and as usual he’s giving it all his signature tweaks to make sure people have fun with it. As a method actor Bruce does get a bit involved though, his story of how he prepared for the role packs humor and a lot of cringing at the same time. Rock on Bruce.

A new Game of Thrones RPG trailer arrives – This is War

Atlus has been hard at work getting the word out about all the new shifts coming to the new Game of Thrones RPG, today we get another peek as the May release date approaches, while it wont be in time for the season return of the show it’ll still be an interesting expansion on the universe. We’re holding out on calling anything on this one as it could go either way, hopefully Atlus can turn out a winner and make RPG and Game of Thrones fans happy though.

Check out the video below to see This is War, it’s pretty epic and the visuals are polishing up well.

New details for The Walking Dead The Game emerge

Walking Dead fans get ready, Telltale Games has just released some news about their upcoming, 5 part episodic game release and if you’re lucky you just might have the chance to die! Telltale is offering a discount for PC and Mac users if you pre-order The Walking Dead game now for $22.49 (instead of $24.99) and you get access to the developers forum. That’s not all though, one lucky fan will get to be in the game (episode 4) as a human survivor who dies in a way that they are describing as something “…even Robert Kirkman would shudder at.” In addition, up to four other lucky fans will be chosen to be zombies in the game. Telltale Games, the masterminds behind games such as “Back To The Future” and “Jurassic Park” are extending a super deal to The Walking Dead pre-orderers. For just $20 more you can add the “Almost Everything Pack” to your order and get the above games plus “Strong Bad’s Cool Game For Attractive People”, “Hector”, “Sam & Max Seasons 1-3” and “Puzzle Agent 1 & 2”! For only $20 more this is a huge savings and gives you a bunch of new stuff to play while you wait for The Walking Dead (the first episode is slated to be released in late April) game to come out.

The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword glitch found / semi-solution offered

The kind fellows at Zelda Informer have stumbled upon a gem for those hitting game breaking issues in Skyward Sword on the Wii. Anytime this happens it usually means the save file is corrupt or ruined making it impossible to continue on. PS3 gamers saw a similar issue in Eye of the North last month which makes this the start of a scary trend.

Nintendo does have a solution of sorts though and I’m quoting the sequence below. Hopefully this spares some gamers that haven’t reached the broken area yet, personally I haven’t started Skyward Sword yet but I do plan to use this to avoid losing my entire save progress.

1. At the beginning of the quest, go to Lanayru Desert to retrieve the song of the Thunder Dragon.

2. In the Lanayru Mine, speak with Golo the Goron.

3. Complete the Thunder Dragon’s event, and receive his song.

4. Before heading to the forest or volcano regions, speak with Golo in the mine again.

5. At this point, the forest and volcano events will no longer occur, making it impossible to continue.

• This issue WILL NOT OCCUR if the Fire and Water Dragon songs have already been collected before collecting the Thunder Dragon’s song. Talking to Golo in the Lanayru Caves will also NOT trigger this issue.

• If the game has been saved after completing the sequence of events, it will no longer be possible to proceed through the game on that save file. The only options at that point are to either start the game over or to use an earlier save file to continue.

I wish I had a better answer, but I’m afraid there currently is no other fix available. I can assure, however, that we are documenting all feedback we receive on this issue. Thank you for your patience and support.

As the last section notes, there is no real solution for the issue now, they will most likely have to press a new batch of games with the bug instance corrected but it will likely not reverse the issue for those hit with it now.
