Hulu Plus coming soon to 3DS and Wii

Nintendo has confirmed that the service will be available by the end of the year for your Nintendo portable and console systems.

While the download of the Hulu Plus app will be a free download, the service itself is a pay service. 7.99 a month is all you need to begin streaming thousands of television episodes by years end.

Pretty much, only official word is that it’s still end of the year 2011, the update seems to have had no impact on that estimate from Nintendo in terms of enabling the service. Just like with Xbox Live mini updates it may lay some groundwork but they have to flip the switch to make it active and the app available.

Sorry guys, seems like we have to hold out until Nintendo and Hulu get things straightened out between each other and their preset deadline is the end of this year.

Sorry about that, just caught the November update is delayed until December 8th now and that it’s internal testing holding things up. If that’s the case it might be a 50/50 shot to see that update on the 8th or possibly later.
